My journey from completing a Ph.D. in Japan to establishing Kaizen Connects Ltd. has been profoundly shaped by the values and practices I observed in Japan—a country known for its precision, innovation, and dedication to excellence.
During my time in Japan, I discovered a culture that deeply values integrity, diligence, and quality. These principles inspired me to bridge the gap between Japan and Bangladesh by introducing products that reflect these values. At ERISA Ltd., we successfully introduced premium Japanese products such as Kuraray, Nissin, Aichi, and Dentech to the Bangladeshi market through Yume International, a concern of ERISA Ltd, fostering a strong bond between the two nations. Building on this success, I envisioned expanding into the beauty and wellness sector, which led to the inception of Kaizen Connects Ltd.
In collaboration with Mandom Corporation, a renowned name in Japanese personal care, we proudly bring their exceptional skin and hair care brands to Bangladesh. Our mission is not just to sell products but to enhance lives by delivering high-quality, authentic Japanese solutions. As the sole representative of Mandom in Bangladesh, we are committed to establishing their legacy here while adhering to sustainability and excellence.
